At Interstar, quality and customer satisfaction are the two key factors to our success. I realize every company boasts quality products and total customer satisfaction as their main goals, so much so that these two elements of business have become clichés. However, we have made a financial, organizational and philosophical commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

We utilize stringent quality control procedures throughout our entire organization - from production to marketing - in order to bring top quality products and services to our customers. We maintain very high standards for ourselves, and we will not settle for anything less than these high standards. We implement quality systems such as Lean Six Sigma, which drive customer satisfaction by ensuring the production of quality products in a highly efficient environment.

We believe that people create quality, and that our number one asset is our employees. Our success as a company could not be possible without the hard work and dedication of our employees – from the people who make our products to those who sell it. The management philosophy of Interstar is based upon respect and teamwork, and the belief that the latter cannot be accomplished without the former.

This philosophy is carried into the marketplace. We treat our customers the way we would want to be treated. We listen to our customers and respond to their needs – from developing novel packaging to innovative dispensing systems.

 We are very proud of our accomplishments. We were recently honored by the Canadian Government with the Canadian Government’s Export Award in Research & Development. We were one of only six companies in Canada chosen for this prestigious award that is granted to those companies that had a major impact on the Canadian economy through their exporting efforts in 2005.
