Finishing KitGet a professional-grade countertop finish with our highly engineered finishing products. Each kit contains all the finishing components needed to polish, buff and wax your concrete surface. This kit includes everything you need to reveal the aggregates in a matted finish. Each kit contains: (1) Hook and Loop Backer Pad, (1) Buffing Pad, (1) 5 oz tin of CHENG Wax, Hand-held Polishing Pads: 120-grit, 220-grit (one of each), and Polishing Pads: 50-grit, 100-grit, 200-grit, 400-grit (one of each) WARNING: Professional Polishing Pads and Backer Pad have a maximum speed rating of 3000 RPM and must be used with polishing equipment. Hook & Loop Backer PadThe Hook & Loop Backer Pad allows any standard variable speed polisher with 5/8" arbor adaptable to fit our Polishing Pads and Buffing Pads. Hook-and-loop tape backing secures polishing pads in place. WARNING: Hook and Loop Backer Pad has a maximum speed rating of 3000 RPM and must be used with a polisher. DO NOT USE on grinders or other high speed shaping equipment.
Diamond Polishing PadWhen worked from lowest to highest grit, the polishing pads expose aggregate and polish the concrete surface. These "Grade A" pads must be used with water for maximum effect. Available individually, in sets of 6 pads of the same grit, or in a set of 6 different grits: 50, 100, 200, 400, 800 and 1500. They are very durable and can be reused for multiple projects. WARNING: Professional Polishing Pads have a maximum speed rating of 3000 RPM and must be used with wet polishing equipment. DO NOT USE on grinders or other high speed shaping equipment.
Professional Diamond Polishing PadsIncludes 6 professional-grade diamond pads, one each of the following grits: 50, 100, 200, 400, 800, and 1500. Professional Polishing Pads are the top-of-the line polishing alternative. At 4mm, these thick pads provide almost twice the polishing surface of standard diamond polishing pads. Professional Polishing Pads are also designed to cut quickly and with minimum cupping or curling. They are the ideal pad for the professional shop, where a higher cutting speed and lower wear rate will help improve the bottom-line. Professional Polishing Pads are intended for use only with the Hook and Loop Backer Pad.
