Description
Interstar DIY Colors are pure iron oxide pigments designed to be used specifically in integral coloring of cementitious materials, whether it be Portland cement, various concrete products, mortar or stucco.

Technical Data
Packaging: DIY Colors are packaged in 1lb (454g) bags. Each bag is clearly marked with the color name. Each case contains 12 bags.

Storage: Store in a dry area, between 50°F and 90°F (10°C and 30°C). Protect from moisture, once the bag has been opened.

Usage
Directions: Blend color thoroughly with any dry mix cement-based product. Mix according to dry mix manufacturer’s instructions.

Limitations: The optimal dosage of pigment suggested varies between 2% and 7%, based on the total weight of cementitious materials. A dosage of 10% of pigment based on the total weight of cementitious materials is the saturation point for pigment coloration. If the percentage of pigment is over 10% of the total weight of cementitious materials, there will be no benefits and it can affect the results considerably. In addition, if the percentage is lower than 1% of the total weight of cementitious materials, the coloration will be uneven and will affect the results.
