Usage
Surface preparation: The surface to be treated must be clean and dry. Remove any dust or surface contamination. Also remove old sealers or composites that could be detrimental to the penetration of Interseal by using solvents such as toluene, xylene, mek or paint thinner.

Application:
Interseal does not require any dilution. The temperature of the concrete should be higher than 50 o ?F (10 o C ) before application. Apply uniformly with a paint brush, roller or spray gun. Do not circulate on treated surface until product is dry (4 to 6 hours).

Curing membrane: Apply Interseal when concrete surface is completely dry.

Protective membrane: Apply Interseal after a minimum drying time of 28 days.

Coverage:
  • Interseal 15G: 5 to 7.5 m2 / litre (200-300 ft2 / gallon)
  • Interseal 20G: 6 to 7.5 m2 / litre (240-300 ft2 / gallon)
  • Interseal 30G: 6 to 7.5 m2 / litre (240-300 ft2 / gallon)
Notes: An application that is too thick could cause a yellowing of the sealer. In cool and humid conditions, especially indoors (e.g., a garage), the coloration of freshly sealed concrete may not appear uniform and may show spots. As concrete cures, coloration will become even, but this can take up to several months. Interseal is not resistant to gasoline or to brake fluid.
